I’m stronger than I used to be
much wiser, too
I realized everything has its price
especially knowing you
I can’t play your game
I know how it ends
I feel confused and hurt
while you never care enough
to make amends
Some things aren’t worth it
the price is just too high
sadly – there is no return on investment
so, I’ll keep my self-esteem
and say goodbye.
