  • This poem reflects the simple life lessons that took me years to truly understand. It’s a spontaneous reply to the poem and book title, “All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten” by Robert Fulghum.

I’ve volunteered with Kindergarteners for the past three years. Now, I volunteer in a first-grade class. I’ve learned so much about how to navigate life from what I teach children: work out your own problems, talk to someone if they hurt you (go to the peace area), you can do it!, etc.

I read Robert’s simple, yet insightful poem on-line (after writing “Life”)…check it out, here: http://www.scrapbook.com/poems/doc/842/36.html
